MANMAY is a minimal silver jewellery brand offering thoughtfully designed jewellery for everyday wear, gifting, and modern styling. All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

We try our best to display product details, images, descriptions, prices, materials, polish, sizes, and colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, handmade finishing, or natural product differences.

Design, dimensions, and finishes mentioned on the website are approximate and may vary slightly from piece to piece.
 

3. Material & Care

Our jewellery is made using 92.5 sterling silver, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Some pieces may have gold polish, rose gold polish, rhodium polish, or other surface finishes.

Silver jewellery may naturally oxidise or tarnish over time depending on usage, storage, skin pH, exposure to moisture, perfumes, sweat, or chemicals. This is a natural property of silver and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Customers are advised to follow the care instructions provided with the product.
 

4. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless mentioned otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of placing the order will be considered final.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, product errors, or typographical mistakes on the website.
 

5. Orders

Once an order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the details provided by you.

MANMAY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of product unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other unavoidable reason.

We accept payments through the payment methods available on our website. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

MANMAY is not responsible for payment failures, bank delays, payment gateway issues, or technical errors caused by third-party service providers.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct and complete.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other external delays.

MANMAY is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect/incomplete addresses shared by the customer.
 

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items, especially earrings and personalised/customised products, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the package, as it may be required for damage or missing item claims.
 

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within the time period mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and supported with clear images or an unboxing video.

After verification, MANMAY may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. A product is confirmed only after successful order placement and payment.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with suitable options.

All content on the MANMAY website, including brand name, logo, product images, text, graphics, designs, and visual identity, belongs to MANMAY and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without written permission.
