Shipping, Refund, Exchange & Replacement Policy

At MANMAY, we want your jewellery to reach you safely and feel just as special as you imagined. Please read our policy before placing an order.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks, depending on your location and courier availability. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before you place the order.

Tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Refunds

Manmay does not offer refunds if you do not like the product, change your mind, or wish to choose another design.

Refunds are applicable only if the product received is:

-Damaged
-Defective
-Incorrect
-Missing from the order

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

Exchanges

If you do not like the product, you may exchange it for another design within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

If the new product has a higher price, the price difference must be paid by the customer. If exchange shipping is required, shipping charges may be applicable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Replacements

Replacement means the same product will be sent again if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from the order.

Replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Replacement shipping charges may be applicable depending on the case.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Jewellery Care

MANMAY jewellery is made using 92.5 sterling silver, unless mentioned otherwise. Silver may naturally tarnish over time due to moisture, sweat, perfume, chemicals, or storage. Tarnishing is a natural property of silver and is not considered a defect.
